Mechanical Pressure
Biography
Mechanical Pressure is an electronic project focused on the intersection of atmospheric textures and broken beats. Starting with Drum & Bass and Dubstep, the sound has evolved into a mix of Breaks, Neuro-driven rhythms, and cinematic soundscapes.
The project relies on intuition and experimentation rather than formal music theory. This approach results in a gritty, immersive sonic identity where mechanical precision meets deep, moody atmospheres.
Outside of his solo work, Alexey is one-half of the electronic duo Citybox, a collaboration with his friend Eugene. Whether solo or in a duo, the focus remains the same: technical sound design and dark, evocative electronics.
